Vita Assure provides this web site [deductions.vitaassure.com] and the services
provided by or through this web site to you subject to these terms and conditions of use.
These terms and conditions of use together with the Vita Assure Privacy Policy
(collectively, the "Terms") govern your use of this web site and the services provided.
In these Terms, we call this web site the "Site" and the software we
provide the "Application".
We refer to the services provided by or through the Application as the "Services".
Vita Assure reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms, or
any policy or guideline applicable to the Services, at any time. If we do so, we will make reasonable efforts to
communicate these changes to you via email at the email address you provide in your registration information,
if any, or we will post a notice in the Application.
In these Terms, the businesses licensing an application account are called the "Licensee". The persons to whom the business
gives access to their Vita Assure account are called "Users".
The Services are for your own use only. You may not resell, lease or provide them in any other way to anyone else,
except as expressly permitted through the Application.
Please refer to Vita Assure's privacy policy, for information on how Vita Assure collects, uses and discloses personally identifiable information from its Users. By using the Services you agree to our use, collection and disclosure of personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
This software product is copyrighted and protected as trade secrets, and all rights are reserved by Vita Assure. This product is intended for use by the Licensee.
The software, when released to the Licensee, has been tested and performs reliably when used appropriately. However, if used inappropriately, or out of context, or if incorrect data is inputted, the software may produce results that are misleading or potentially wrong. This application is provided as a general reference to assist with payroll but does not constitute accounting or tax advice. Please consult a professional for tax advice specific to your situation.
Currently, the software is only available for Vita Assure group insurance clients at no extra charge or monthly/annual service fees. If you are not currently a Vita Assure group insurance client and are interested in using the application, please contact us at [email protected].
Except for the foregoing, no warranty, representation or condition, either expressed or implied, is made with respect to this software product or any part thereof and, in no event shall Vita Assure be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the software, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages. The Licensee assumes all liability resulting from the use of the software and agrees to hold Vita Assure harmless from all losses or damages resulting therefrom.
Notices that we give you (other than notice of amendment of these Terms, which is discussed in the introduction of these Terms) may be provided in any number of ways to all Users, depending on the circumstances. For example, we may email you or telephone you at the contact information you provide in the sign-up form.
